Our Staff

Amy Welch, CVT

I was born and raised in Southern New Jersey, and have always had a love for small animals. I graduated from Wilson College with a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medical Technology in May 2010,received my certification in July 2010, and started working for A-C Vets in September 2010. I live in Palmyra with my husband, Dereck, our daughter, Lilibeth, and our slew of pets, including 5 cats(Zora, Tegwyn, Calliope, Velcro,& Dexter), 1 dog(Lydia), 2 chinchillas(Aurora & Celeste),a sulcata tortoise(Frank), and more recently a saucy hamster, named Giggles.

Lindsey Moyer, CVT

I grew up in Lebanon county and initially graduated from Millersville University in 2008 with a Marine Biology/Psychology degree.  I was a zookeeper for over five years working with animals from tortoises to sea lions in various zoos in the country (Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Alabama).

I wanted to move back to the area and since there are very few sea lions in this area, I decided to switch gears and change to the veterinary field.  I went back to school with San Juan College to complete my Veterinary Technology degree to become a certified vet tech.  I live in Schaefferstown with my husband (Brandon), sons (Flynn & Arlo) and a small zoo of our own.  We have four dogs, one cat, sulcata tortoises named Barnaby Jones and Max, geckos, snakes, and over a dozen chickens!

Jenny Miller, CVT

I grew up and still currently reside in Dauphin County!  I've had a love for animals and have wanted to work with animals since I was little and I achieved that by graduating from Wilson College with a bachelor's degree in veterinary medical technology in 2015 and became a Certified Veterinary Technologist!  I love helping in surgery and taking appointments!  In my free time I am a coach for the Hershey Aerials Gymnastics team and I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends!

Jenna Smith, CVT

I was born in Pine Grove, PA but grew up in Jonestown, PA.  I graduated from Northern Lebanon High School in 2015 and then attended college at the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh and graduated in 2017.

I have two dogs named Koda and Nala, two cats named Maya and Zazu and a love for rabbits.  In my free time I like to draw and paint and spend time outside with my family.  I have wanted to be in the veterinary field since I was very young and I enjoy my job every day!  I recently passed my test and I am a certified veterinary technician!  I got married in 2019 and are expecting our first baby girl Addie!

Carissa Bethel, CVT

My name is Carissa, and I am a 2021 YTI Vet Tech graduate, and I became a CVT in April of 2021. I grew up in southern VA, and moved to PA in the beginning of 2019. I travel a lot in my spare time, especially with my boyfriend and our pup, Bronc. I have a strong passion for both small and large animal medicine, and would like to continue my veterinary education in the near future.

Dianne Snavely, Client Service Representative

I was born and raised in the Palmyra area, graduating from Palmyra High School with business and secretarial education.  I have been at A-C Veterinary Associates since 2015.  I enjoy spending time with my two adult children and my four grandchildren.  I also love spending vacation time on the beach...any beach!  I currently have no pets but enjoy everybody else's to the fullest!!!

Hope Pannebecker, Client Service Representative

I have been a veterinary technician since 1996 with a wide array of veterinary medicine over the years with my passion being surgery.  I have since hung up my tech scrubs and joined the Annville Cleona team in 2021 to focus on patient and customer care.  I have done some fostering in the past and happily failed every time!  I live with my husband, Shannon, and we have four boys, Eathan, Nolan, Landon, and Christopher, two dogs, Reagan and Madison, along with foster fail cats, Dottie and Shep.  In my spare time I enjoy quiet days with family and friends, a good binge worthy series or some retail therapy.

Owen Wasilefski, Veterinary Assistant

I graduated from Palmyra High School in 2022 and will be studying Biology at the University of Arizona.  In my free time I like to be outdoors, playing soccer or snowboarding.  I am planning to pursue a career in the medical field after college and hope to become a doctor, either in human or veterinary medicine.
